I had a fantastic stay at this venue. The location was perfect, being right on the tram line and close to the train station. The convenience of having the tram right outside made it easy to explore the city. The service was impeccable, with the staff being extremely helpful and friendly. The room had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, free Wi-Fi, and free toiletries. I appreciated the little extras, such as the electric kettle and the CD player. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with a flat-screen TV and a cozy carpeted floor. The dining bar/lounge area was a great place to relax and enjoy a delicious breakfast. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I would recommend this hotel to all.

Great value for money with a warm and cozy room, perfect for drying wet clothes. The location was ideal, just a tram ride away from the city center and the football stadium. The staff were incredibly friendly and even went out of their way to accommodate a vegan breakfast for my daughter.

That breakfast could have been improved with more variety.

Mid-priced private pub/hotel, well run, clean, excellent food reasonably priced. Breakfast (included) was very substantial! Room good size, quite comfortable and clean. Staff very helpful and pleasant. As a pub, excellent range of real ales on draught. We used it for the first time for proximity to family, will probably use it again. No problems except no secure parking altough side road is very quiet. Only reason for going elsewhere is special discounts from chains, if not available, will be back.

Very helpful stuff, perfect and decent location just off direct tram route, and the centre. Also, to the racing pub downstairs. Tastefully decorated unit with a modern decor.

Clean, good basic hotel with particularly good location close to tram stop. Location adjacent to Kelham Island and Hillsborough. Quite comfortable stay at £ 85 for 2 nights.

great escape from city chaos. friendly staff, spotless room, comfy bed. peaceful sleep, hot shower. exceeded expectations, will stay again when visiting daughter in sheffield. don't judge by outside look.

The room was too warm so opened the window but the noise of the road then kept us awake.

There were an ironing set, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in the room, enjoyed that. I was happy to have a clean and the staff were attentive. The hotel's location was ideal and exceptionally nice on the outskirts of town. And it was also just off owlerton stadium or hillsborough, and tram links. Everything met requests, had a perfectly pleasant stay at £ 85 for 2 nights.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to a tram stop, making it easy to travel to the centre of Sheffield. It is also close to a small retail park, providing additional amenities for guests. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and up to date, with modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options available.

The shower in the room has a very slow flow of water.

The staff were very approachable, friendly and obliging. They couldn't do enough for you. They wanted to provide a good service and that is exactly what they did. The room was clean and tidy, the pub grub was always good and their own brewed beers were a real ale delight.

Excellent value and good breakfast provided by friendly and efficient staff. Adjacent public transport with frequent service to city centre.

Staircase access to bedrooms needs new floor covering.

Spotless and huge units with kettle, a view to the hills plus the bathroom, and the staff were welcoming.

The hotel I stayed at offers great value for money. The room was very clean and comfortable with a smashing English breakfast included. The staff were friendly and very helpful at all times. One key advantage was the location, easily accessible by public transport and within walking distance of local attractions. Plus, the hotel's restaurant was a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city.

It was a bit disappointing that the hotel’s restaurant was under renovation, so we couldn’t enjoy a proper evening meal during our stay. Another downside was the noise level, as we could hear some street noise from our room. However, we appreciated how safe we felt as lone female travelers. it was a basic but comfy stay at a reasonable price.
